El intercambio sanitario con Cuba en tratativas en la Embajada. Avanzan las relaciones entre Chaco y Cuba para fijar convenios en el campo sanitario.
El ministro de Salud Pública, Jaime Parra Moreno, se reunió en Buenos Aires con una delegación de especialistas proveniente de la República Popular de Cuba, para evaluar posibles acuerdos que permitan generar intercambios de recursos humanos y materiales en el campo sanitario. El encuentro se desarrolló en la sede de la Embajada de Cuba en Argentina y contó con la participación del embajador, Jorge Néstor Lamadrid Mascaró.
“Tuvimos una reunión muy productiva, donde los especialistas cubanos nos presentaron los servicios médicos de su país y la carpeta de productos biotecnológicos y farmacéuticos que producen, a fin de identificar puntos de interés e intercambio que permitan establecer convenios que favorezcan a ambas partes”, explicó el ministro.
Con la premisa de profundizar estos acuerdos, Parra Moreno participó de un encuentro en Buenos Aires donde, entre otros temas, se abordó la importancia de avanzar con los trámites necesarios para lograr que médicos generalistas cubanos arriben al Chaco para reforzar el sistema sanitario en zonas claves como El Impenetrable.
Durante su visita a Buenos Aires, el ministro Parra Moreno también se reunió con el Secretario de Políticas Universitarias del Ministerio de Educación de la Nación, Aldo Caballero, para interiorizarse sobre los mecanismos disponibles para homologar en Argentina los títulos profesionales de los médicos cubanos. “Queremos que todos los engranajes estén aceitados para cuando se definan los nuevos convenios con el gobierno de Cuba”, señaló.

The Health Minister, Jaime Parra Moreno, Buenos Aires met with a delegation of specialists from the People’s Republic of Cuba, to evaluate possible trade agreements that allow the generation of human and material resources in the health field. The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Embassy of Cuba in Argentina and was attended by the Ambassador Nestor Jorge Lamadrid Mascaro.
“We had a very productive meeting where we presented the Cuban specialists medical services and home folder biotech and pharmaceuticals they produce, in order to identify points of interest and exchange agreements that establish that favor both sides,” said the minister.
With the premise of deepening these agreements, Parra Moreno attended a meeting in Buenos Aires where, among other things, the importance of moving forward with the necessary steps to ensure that Cuban general practitioners arrive at Chaco to strengthen the health system in key areas will be addressed as the Impenetrable.
During his visit to Buenos Aires, Moreno Parra Minister also met with the Secretary of University Policies of the Ministry of National Education, Aldo Caballero, in order to learn about the available mechanisms to standardize professional titles in Argentina of Cuban doctors. “We want all the gears are oiled when new agreements with the government of Cuba to be defined,” he said.
