LA ACTRIZ Cubana Ana de Armas recibió una grata noticia este 12 de diciembre: es una de las nominadas a los Premios Globo de Oro 2023 en la categoría Mejor Actuación de una Actriz en una Película – Drama.
La interpretación de la cubana como Marilyn Monroe en la cinta Blonde, continúa regalándole muchas sorpresas.
“Muchas gracias. Esto es más que emocionante”, escribió la joven en una de sus historias en Instagram al conocer la nominación a la 80 edición de los premios.
Esta fue la única mención que logró la película dentro de la lista de nominados en las 27 categorías que propone la Asociación de la Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood (HFPA por sus siglas en inglés).
Junto a Ana de Armas compiten por este galardón la australiana Cate Blanchett por su actuación en el filme Tár (2022), la inglesa Olivia Colman por Empire of Light, y las estadounidense Viola Davis y Michelle Williams por sus interpretaciones en The Woman King y The Fabelmans, respectivamente.
Por primera vez en la historia de los Globos de Oro los nominados en los diferentes apartados fueron seleccionados no solo por los 96 miembros de la Asociación de la Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood, sino también por otros 103 votantes de organizaciones internacionales vinculadas a la industria, reconocidos festivales de cine extranjero y profesionales del periodismo.
La gala de premiaciones de esta 80 edición del certamen será el próximo 10 de enero en The Beverly Hilton, en Beverly Hills, California, y será transmitida por NBC y Peacock.
Recientemente Ana de Armas fue una de las invitadas a la gala de los Governors Awards, galardones honoríficos que anualmente entrega la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas de Hollywood, considerados como la antesala de los Oscar, pues se suele invitar a los posibles nominados.
