Los músicos cubanos Kamankola y Willy Chirino estrenarán su nueva colaboración titulada No Hay Cuba Libre. El lanzamiento estará disponible en todas las plataformas digitales y promete ser un tema con un fuerte mensaje social. La canción fue producida por Juny LB e Ire Music y la grabación estuvo a cargo de Del Solra y Juny LB con mezcla y masterizado de Waldy D y Juny LB. La portada del sencillo fue diseñada por Rau Tattoo.
Kamankola quien considera a Chirino un maestro de la música cubana ha expresado su admiración por trabajar con él. La canción busca resonar en el corazón de los cubanos y despertar el espíritu de quienes sueñan con la libertad.
Hace aproximadamente un año Kamankola se estableció en Miami donde ofreció una entrevista exclusiva a CubitaNOW. En ella habló sobre la situación actual de Cuba y su más reciente álbum El aprendiz que representa un cambio en su estilo musical. Este trabajo combina la nostalgia con la crítica social e incluye colaboraciones con artistas como Amaury Gutiérrez con quien lanzó la canción Yo Volveré.
Además Kamankola colaboró con Aldo en La Papaia una canción cargada de crítica social y política. Este tema refleja el compromiso de ambos artistas con la libertad de expresión y cuestiona la realidad cubana utilizando la música como herramienta para generar conciencia.
