LA HABANA: El Gobierno de Cuba calificó este martes de “ilícita” y de “provocación” la Marcha Cívica por el Cambio convocada por la plataforma Archipiélago y prevista para el próximo 15 de noviembre. Esa es la “respuesta oficial” que anunciaron que darían este martes las Asambleas Municipales de La Habana Vieja, Consolación del Sur, Santa Clara, Cienfuegos, Nuevitas, Las Tunas, Holguín y Guantánamo a los promotores de la manifestación.
“El artículo 56 de la Constitución, que se menciona como sustento legal, dispone entre los requisitos para el ejercicio del derecho a la manifestación la licitud y el ‘respeto al orden público y el acatamiento a las preceptivas establecidas en la ley'”, dicen los funcionarios de todas esas ciudades en un texto calcado en ocho cartas, que asevera: “En cuanto a la licitud, no se reconoce legitimidad en las razones que se esgrimen para la marcha”.
A continuación, recurren al argumento habitual del “enemigo” exterior: “Los promotores y sus proyecciones públicas, así como los vínculos de algunos con organizaciones subversivas o agencias financiadas por el Gobierno estadounidense, tienen la intención manifiesta de promover un cambio de sistema político en Cuba”.
