La colección, una edición limitada que contiene cinco productos, lleva como nombre Havana Camila Cabello, utilizando el título de uno de sus más recientes éxitos.

La colección incluye bronceadores líquidos, eyeliner, gel para cejas, sombras de ojos individuales y brillo de labios.

“Como paso la mayor parte de mi tiempo trabajando y llevando maquillaje para mis conciertos, creo que el cuidado de la piel y usar productos buenos y ligeros es lo más importante. Creamos esta colección para el verano, para el calor y la humedad”, explica la cantante en su cuenta de Instagram.

Dice que la colección quiere lograr “una luminosidad ligera y natural, sin ser tan pesada que cuando hace calor el maquillaje se te meta en los poros y provoque que te salgan granitos”.

Cabello asegura que ha probado todos los productos para comprobar que se comportan sobre la piel como ella quiere y que ha buscado que sean favorecedores sobre cualquier tono, de modo que cualquier chica pueda utilizarlos.

Según la cantante, cuando no está sobre el escenario lleva un look natural, que espera sea la esencia de su línea de maquillaje: “Llevo eyeliner, máscara de pestañas, a lo mejor una sombra de ojos en tonos tierra, una base de maquillaje ligera y un poco de bronceador”.

“El contenido del derecho de igualdad (en la Constitución) adquiere mayor desarrollo, al incorporar a los ya existentes, entre otros, la no discriminación por identidad de género, origen étnico y discapacidad”, adelantó este sábado el periódico Granma al publicar el borrador de la nueva Carta Magna.

El documento, que se someterá a votación los próximos 21, 22 y 23 de julio en el pleno de la Asamblea Nacional de Cuba, también acota el reconocimiento a la propiedad privada y la institución de la figura del Presidente de la República, que podrá regir el país por un máximo de dos periodos de 5 años.

La actualización de la Carta Magna (1976) establece además “que los derechos de las personas solo están limitados por los derechos de los demás, la seguridad colectiva, el bienestar general, el respeto al orden público, la Constitución y la ley”, indica el borrador.

Los principales reclamos del colectivo LGTBI en Cuba recaen en el reconocimiento legal de las parejas homosexuales con la aprobación del matrimonio igualitario, la prohibición de la discriminación por orientación sexual e identidad de género, junto a facilidades para la adopción y la reproducción asistida.

El Centro Nacional de Salud Sexual (Cenesex), dirigido por Mariela Castro, es el organismo estatal que acoge a las principales voces de la comunidad LGBTI en la Isla. Según anunció en mayo la hija del gobernante Raúl Castro , la agenda del Centro prevé impulsar el matrimonio igualitario en la nueva reforma.

Castro y el Cenesex han incluido el tema de género en la legislación cubana, entre ellos el Código de Trabajo aprobado en 2013, que si bien incluyó por primera vez la no discriminación por orientación sexual, no contempló la prohibición de discriminar por identidad de género.

A principios del mes, la Iglesia Evangélica Pentecostal Asambleas de Dios, las Convenciones Bautistas Occidental y Oriental, la Liga Evangélica de Cuba y la Iglesia Metodista en Cuba se posicionaron en contra del matrimonio homosexual en una declaración en la que hicieron un llamado a “los líderes históricos de la Revolución”.

En un comunicado, aseguraron que el matrimonio es “exclusivamente la unión de un hombre y una mujer”, al mismo tiempo que definieron la familia como “una institución divina creada por Dios”.

Xavier Cugat was born as Francisco de Asis Javier Cugat Mingall de Bru y Deulofeu in Girona, Spain on January 1,1900. His parents moved to Cuba when he was a child. Xavier was five years old.

He learned to play the violin at an early age. He was trained as a classical violinist and played with the Orchestra of the Teatro Nacional in Havana. On 6 July 1915, Cugat and his family arrived in New York as immigrant passengers on board the S.S. Havana. Cugat appeared in recitals with Enrico Caruso, playing violin solos.

He was a bandleader who spent his formative life for years in Havana, Cuba. A trained violinist and arranger, he was a personality in the spread of Latin music in United States popular music. He was also a cartoonist. In New York, he was the leader of the resident orchestra at the Waldorf-Astoria before and after World War II.

Hollywood and New York.

In the late 1920s, as sound began to be used in films, Cugat put together another tango band that had some success in early short musical films. And by the early 1930s, he began appearing with his group in feature films. His first notable appearance occurred in 1942, in the Columbia production You Were Never Lovelier with Rita Hayworth, Fred Astaire, and Adolphe Menjou.

Most of Cugat’s subsequent movies were made at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios, including Week-End at the Waldorf (1945), Holiday in Mexico (1948), A Date with Judy (1948), Luxury Liner (1948), and the Esther Williams musicals Bathing Beauty (1944), This Time for Keeps (1947), On an Island with You (1948), and Neptune’s Daughter (1949). Dinah Shore made her first recordings as a vocalist with Cugat in 1939 and 1940 (Victor Records). In 1940, his recording of “Perfidia” became a big hit. Cugat followed trends closely, making records for the conga, the mambo, the cha-cha-cha, and the twist when each was in fashion. Several of the songs he recorded, including “Perfidia”, were used in the Wong Kar-wai films Days of Being Wild and 2046. In 1943, “Brazil” was a big hit, reaching No. 17 in the Billboard Top 100.

Cugat was married five times. His first marriage was to Rita Montaner (1918–1920); his second was to Carmen Castillo (1929–1944); his third to Lorraine Allen (1947–52); his fourth to singer Abbe Lane (1952–64); and his fifth to Spanish guitarist and comic actress Charo (1966–78).

Death.

Cugat died of heart failure, at the age of 90, in Barcelona October 27, 1990. He was buried in his native Girona.
