LINEA DE CRUCEROS NORTEAMERICANA ‘VICTORY CRUISE’ COMENZARÁ VIAJES A CUBA.
La pequeña empresa estadounidense Victory Cruise Lines de un solo barco recibió la aprobación para navegar hacia Cuba, a los puertos de La Habana, Cienfuegos, Trinidad, Santiago y María La Gorda, informó hoy una fuente digital.
El boletín Caribbean News Digital reflejó este viernes en su más reciente edición que esa firma empleará su único crucero de 202 pasajeros para traer viajeros del norte a este archipiélago.
El barco navegará desde Miami, con el objetivo de establecer cruceros de 14 días y circunnavegar la Isla, siempre según el boletín digital mencionado, dependiente del Grupo Excelencias de España que opera en Cuba.
Ese medio de prensa señala que entrevistó vía correo electrónico al presidente y CEO de Victory Cruise Lines, Bruce Nierenberg, quien dio esos detalles.
Agregó que al ser una compañía de barcos pequeños, buscan atracaderos en los puertos más pequeños y menos visitados, y de esa suerte pueden encajar en todas las terminales de la isla capaces de recibir productos de cruceros.
Esta afirmación trasciende luego de las declaraciones del presidente estadounidense, Donald Trump, quien la semana pasada emitió su nueva política hacia Cuba, que incluye restricciones turísticos.
Dijo Nierenberg que trabajarán en estrecha colaboración con las autoridades cubanas para encontrar la mejor combinación de puertos y tramos de cruceros.
El viernes pasado Trump dijo que iba a reprimir los viajes independientes, pero la mayoría de las líneas de cruceros que navegan a Cuba podrán continuar sus labores, recuerda la nota de Caribbean News Digital.
Incluso Nierenberg dijo que las declaraciones del mandatario beneficiarían a su línea.
Sentenció que el hecho de incluir las excursiones de tierra en el precio del viaje, asegurará que sus pasajeros puedan cumplir con los reglamentos estadounidenses.
