El Papa Francisco le habla a la congregación presente y al pueblo cubano.
En su homilía el papa Francisco instó a “sembrar reconciliación” en su última homilía antes de abandonar hoy Cuba y dijo en una misa en el santuario de la patrona de la Isla que la Iglesia quiere “tender puentes” y “romper muros”.
Francisco añadió que los creyentes son invitados “generación tras generación” a renovar su fe, a vivir lo que denominó la “revolución de la ternura”, en una misa en la basílica de la Virgen de la Caridad del Cobre a la que asistió el presidente cubano, Raúl Castro.
El papa hizo alusión al término “reconciliación” al final de un viaje por la Isla que le llevará desde hoy a Estados Unidos y que ha estado precedido por el acercamiento entre La Habana y Washington, históricos enemigos irreconciliables que el 17 de diciembre pasado anunciaron la reanudación de sus relaciones.
Posteriormente el pontífice bendecirá Santiago desde la terraza de la catedral del lado del Parque Céspedes y se dirigirá al aeropuerto, desde donde a las 12:30 horas locales partirá hacia Washington, próxima etapa de su viaje de nueve días a Cuba y Estados Unidos.#

In his homily, the pope urged Francisco “sowing reconciliation” in his last homily before leaving Cuba today and said in a Mass at the shrine of the patron saint of the island that the Church wants to “build bridges” and “break walls.”
Francis added that believers are invited “generations” to renew your faith, to live what he called the “revolution of tenderness” in a Mass at the Basilica of Our Lady of Charity attended President Cuba, Raul Castro.
The pope made reference to “reconciliation” at the end of a trip around the island to take you from today to the United States and has been preceded by a rapprochement between Havana and Washington, historical irreconcilable enemies last December 17 they announced resumption of relations.
Later the pope will bless Santiago from the terrace of the cathedral side Céspedes Park and head to the airport, where at 12:30 local time leave for Washington next stage of his nine-day trip to Cuba and the United States.
