Estorino Abelardo López was born in Union de Reyes, Matanzas and died in Havana, 22 November 2013) he was a playwright, director and theater critic Cuban.
After attending high school in Matanzas, he trained as a dental surgeon and served as such for three years (1954-1957) while he combined work with his literary vocation. Thus, his first work, there is a corpse in the street, was written in 1954 and remains unpublished. The success of his second drama, comb and mirror, written in 1956 but released in 1960, he finally stood in the world of literature and drama.
After completing stage direction in the Teatro de Cuba Study and work with Julio Matas and Dumé was 1960 that marked the growth and destiny of his work. The theft of the pig (1961) and The Old House (1964) were the key works of his drama; Also theater adaptations of works like The Wizard of Oz, The ghost, The Lady of the Camellias by Alexandre Dumas (1968) and The Impure Miguel Carrión, among many others. In this decade Estorino traveled to the Soviet Union and Czechoslovakia, he joined the National Cultural Council and participated in the First National Congress of Writers and Artists of Cuba. At this time he received the first prize of his long career as the Casa de las Americas with theft of pig and references to the old house in the production directed by Berta Martinez. She continued the decade with handles Cain (1965) and the time of the plague, plus comedy, The fat cows.
In the 70s, despite the marginalization suffered, like other intellectuals, sexual orientation, he continued to escribir.4 After directing the adaptation of The discreet love of Lope de Vega, wrote The painful story of the secret love Don Jose Jacinto Milanes, a literary work that made him a complex research of the Spanish colonial Cuba. Agustín Alejo Román Rodríguez (San Antonio de los Baños, May 5, 1928–Miami, April 11, 2012) was the Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami and the Titular Bishop of the Titular See of Sertei.
He studied philosophy at the San Alberto Magno Seminary in Matanzas and then studied theology at the Seminary of the Fathers of Foreign Missions in Montreal, Canada. He received a Master’s in Religious Studies from Barry University and a Master’s in Human Resources from St. Thomas University.
Priesthood.
He was ordained a priest on July 5, 1959, and assigned to the Diocese of Matanzas. He was assigned to the parishes of Coliseo-Lagunillas and Pedro Betancourt and Spiritual Director of Juventud Católica. He was expelled from Cuba on September 17, 1961, by the Communist regime along with another 130 priests and the Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Havana, Eduardo Tomas Boza-Masvidal, on the Spanish ship Covadonga.
From 1962 to 1966, he was Spiritual Director and Professor at the Institute of Humanities in Temuco, Chile. He was also assigned to the parish of Espíritu in Temuco. From 1967 to 1973, he was the chaplain of Mercy Hospital in Miami, United States.
On February 6, 1979, he was appointed by Pope John Paul II as the Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Miami; his Principal Consecrator was Miami’s Archbishop, Edward Anthony McCarthy. On March 24, 1979, he was ordained Titular Bishop of Sertei. He was the first Cuban to be consecrated Bishop in the United States.
On May 5, 2003, Bishop Román turned 75 and, as required under canon law, submitted his resignation as Auxiliary Bishop of Miami.
Bishop Román was identified with the National Shrine of Our Lady of Charity in Miami until the very end of his mortal life.
Death.
It was at this shrine where, on April 11, 2012, he suffered a cardiac arrest. Transported to the neighboring Mercy Hospital, he died shortly before 8:45 p.m. at age 83, having lived 33 years as Bishop.

Early life and education
Efron was born in San Luis Obispo, California, and later moved to Arroyo Grande, California. His father, David Efron, born in Havana, Cuba, brought his family to Puerto Rico in 1961. Lawyer by profession, David Efron Sr. has always been involved with the entertainment industry, representing several stars, has founded the home for the Jerusalem folkloric dance troupe, and has participated in numerous other projects as producer, sponsor or lawyer. His movie, “Maria”, has won recognitions and awards at the Cartagena and Santander, Colombia film festivals as well as at Cannes, France in 2010.
Zac is an agnostic, having never been religious.His surname, “Efron” (אפרון), is an Ashkenazi Jewish surname, taken from a Biblical place name(his paternal grandfather was Jewish, and Zac has described himself as Jewish). Zac’s father encouraged him to begin acting when he was eleven years old. Efron subsequently appeared in shows such as Gypsy; Peter Pan; or, The Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up; Little Shop of Horrors; and The Music Man. He was recommended to an agent in Los Angeles by his drama teacher, Robyn Metchik (the mother of actors Aaron Michael Metchik and Asher Metchik).

Breakthrough.
In 2006, Efron starred in the Disney Channel original movie High School Musical as Troy Bolton, a popular student and captain of the basketball team. The film, which he initially made with “low expectations”, helped Efron gain recognition among teenage audiences as both an actor and a singer, even though his singing voice was overdubbed. As a result, he placed as high as #4 on the IMDBPro’s STARMeter for the week of January 29, 2006. In August 2006, Efron won a Teen Choice Award in the Breakout Star and the TV — Choice Chemistry categories, shared with Vanessa Hudgens. In 2006, Efron was cast as Link Larkin in a film version of Hairspray released on July 20, 2007. He cut and dyed his hair dark brown and gained about 15 pounds for the role. His performance and the film received positive reviews. Efron was not able to perform with his fellow castmates in High School Musical: The Concert because of commitments on the film Hairspray. Drew Seeley took over for him.
